There's no added sugars, flavourings or preservatives in Katharine's gins...thats why they are so lush with the natural sweetness coming from her home grown seasonal fruit.

We first met Tony Parisella at a food festival in Conwy and haven't looked back since. Their artisan award winning ice creams are a real hit with our little customers as well as the grown-ups. They're made with pure welsh milk and double cream and the finest Italian flavours.
